Student Services remain operational with additional remote access options. Please call, email, or visit student services offices online for assistance. Here are some quick contacts to help get support:


Academic Advising:

  • Academic Advising offers support primarily utilizing online tools. Questions may be directed to your individual Coach or to

  • Faculty Advising – Please email your Faculty Advisor to set up an appointment. You can find your Faculty Advisor in the current term of your Student Portal under the Quick View tab. Student Portal>SP20>Home>Quick View.
  • TUG – Your Career & Academic Planning (CAP) Coaches are working remotely and available via email. Phone or Google Hangouts appointments can be made on the Student Services Scheduler:

  • Online Programs – Fully online students may contact their Student Success Coach, Jules Binder, at Academic Advising will continue as normal via email and phone. Registration opened for SU-20 and FA-20 beginning March 23 (Grads/Seniors), March 24 (Juniors), March 25 (Sophomores), March 26 (Freshmen) and continues as scheduled.

Campus Ministries:

  • It is the hope of the Campus Ministries office to continually encourage and build up Jessup students in their faith – even through a computer screen! To remain engaged with our Chapel programming, we encourage you to tune in via live-stream, watch later on YouTube, follow us on Instagram, and listen to some of our current favorite worship songs in this Spotify Playlist. You can also request prayer through our online Prayer Request Form.

Mail Room:

      • The Mail room is open and operating on a limited schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00pm-4:00pm. Walk-up access to mail services is available during these hours.
      • Deliveries and mail services continue daily.

        • Access outside of limited office hours may require a valid student ID to gain entrance to the Student Life building.

Registrar’s Office:

        • The Registrar’s office offers virtual working hours, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Slight variation of hours per staff member may apply. Please email a staff member directly or email Phone or Google Hangout appointments will be made as necessary.
        • Transcript requests are being addressed every Monday.
        • Registration dates remain in place, continuing as scheduled.

        • Delay of Educational Plan or Withdrawing from Courses:
        • Should a student decide to delay their education plan, the University will adhere to the standard add/drop and refund policy. Please refer to your student portal for dates and refund policies found as a link at the bottom of the home page labeled “refund schedule.” Students may drop courses either through their student portal or with the add/drop form. You may contact your Career & Academic Planning (CAP) Coach, Success Coach, or Academic Advisor with further questions.

Research Assistance:

      • The Library offers research assistance to students through the online appointment scheduler. Schedule appointments at Appointments will be conducted via Google Hangouts in 30 or 60 minute slots.

      • Moodle training for students can be accessed by signing in to this resource with your Jessup credentials.

Residence Life:

Jessup’s Residence Life is available to respond to all residential inquiries by emailing

Student Accounts:

            • Student Accounts offers virtual working hours, Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm. For support, please email a Student Account staff member directly or email 
            • The Student Accounts office will continue to accept online, in person, and mailed payments:
              • Online payments are encouraged and can be made online at or in the Student Portal. At this time, Jessup only accepts e-checks online for domestic students.
              • In person payments can be made by check, cash, or cashiers check during the University Front Office hours (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-1:00pm).
            • During times outside the University Front Office open hours, students can drop off check, cash, or cashiers check payments to the safety deposit box in the Student Life Lobby (when you walk in the doors, it is to the far left).
            • Please note: A valid Student ID will be needed to gain access to the Student Life office building outside of operating hours.

Student Care:

          • A new app, TalkCampus, is now being offered to Jessup students. It is an easy and free way to connect with other students across the globe. This anonymous, peer support network is available 24/7.

Tree of Life (TOL’s) Textbooks:

          • Information for TUG Students
            • The Campus Store has partnered with, VitalSource, and leading publishers to launch VitalSource Helps, a program offering free access to ebooks for TUG students who may have lost access to course materials with the rapid move to distance learning.
            • If you left your books on campus or prefer digital course material during this time, visit to access up to seven FREE ebooks through May 25. VitalSource Helps provides access to tens of thousands of ebooks.  Some content may not be available so please check availability before returning your rental materials to the Campus Store.
            • Getting Started: To access free materials, you must use your email address to log in. Before you get started, we encourage you to review the  PDF that offers additional details and frequently asked questions: Textbook Butler – VitalSource Helps.pdf
            • You may also return your textbooks by calling Tree of Life’s Customer Support at: 888-392-2930. When you call, TOL’s Customer Support will email you a return label which you will use to return your textbooks through any USPS center or drop box.

Tutoring Services:

          • Tutoring Services offers a variety of ways to assist students remotely (please use the online scheduler) and in-person, depending on the subject.
            • Writing Center – Use the Student Services Scheduler to book online tutoring: Make sure your draft is added to your appointment by the start of your appointment time. Visit or email for more information.  
            • Math Lab – Available on campus Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6:00pm-8:00pm in the Learning Commons. 
            • Subject Matter – Tutoring sessions continue with Google Meet. Use the Student Services Scheduler to book a time:
