A: Go to desktop.jessup.edu and sign in.

Q: What is desktop.jessup.edu?
A: This is a full Windows desktop inside Jessup’s data center that you may use within your web browser.  Jessup resources will be available to you here.

Q: What type of device can use desktop.jessup.edu?
A: It is accessible from any device that uses an HTML5 browser such as Chrome or Firefox.

Q: I don’t have a personal computer. May I borrow one?
A: Yes, Jessup IT Services has a limited supply of Chromebooks to loan during your time to work remotely.

Q: How do I request a Chromebook loan?
A: Please open a support ticket by emailing helpdesk@jessup.edu with the dates that you need to borrow.
