Oreo used the concept of the “snack hack” to encourage chefs, foodies, moms, dads and pretty much everyone else to see how creative and culinarily excellent they could be with a simple oreo. Participants would send in recipes with images of their oreo snack hacks. A brilliant campaign which actually turned into a web series. This type of campaign speaks to who people are, at home chefs who may just have something amazing to share, instead of telling people where they should be, at the store buying oreos. Meet your students where they are at, not where you want them to be. Give them the chance to amaze you.
