The Administration and Justice Program provides notable servant leadership by preparing and training students for careers in Public Administration or Criminal Justice. With the accelerated program, students gain a strong foundation in knowledge and skills related to the management and organization of today’s public agencies. This dual-track program allows students to choose a focus in Public Administration for career enhancement in government, community service or public relations or Criminal Justice, which will prepare a student to advance their career in law enforcement, corrections, probation and parole. The program is scheduled for the convenience of working adults and uses a cohort structure. All classes (except Capstone) are seven weeks in length and delivered using a hybrid method, combining the best in technology through online delivery with the relational aspect of a periodic intensive classroom experience. Each class will be launched with a webinar and will conclude with a two-day seminar on the last Friday/Saturday of each class. Students will enroll in 9 to 11 units a semester and can conclude their degree in as short as 19 months (5 semesters).
