Students must carry their ID card with them at all times while on campus. Student ID cards are used for access to many campus amenities including residence halls, cafeteria, library and chapel attendance. Students who need a replacement for lost or broken cards can request one in the Womack Student Life Building or by submitting the Replacement ID Request. Replacement fee for student ID cards is $25 and will be charged to the student’s account.
University Employees must carry their employee ID card with them at all times while on campus. ID cards are used for access to faculty and staff buildings and can be used in the library as well as the cafeteria by loading money on the card from the Bon Appetite website. Replacement Employee ID cards can be requested in the Womack Student Life Building or by submitting the Replacement ID Request. The replacement fee for employee ID cards is $25 and must be paid in the Mail Center. A receipt from the Mail Center will be required before a replacement card will be made.
Access requests for new employees and additional or special access for current employees must be submitted by a member of the Executive team, Department Director or designated University Supervisor. This information must be submitted using the Special Access Request form as the Office of Campus Safety and the Office of Student Life keeps data from all submitted access requests on file. This form is password protected and you may contact Stephanie Maus in Student Life for the password required to submit the form. The Office of Human Resources is responsible for submitting forms for all new employee access requests.
Additional/Special Access is considered access to campus buildings/locations above and beyond standard access given to each type of cardholder (this includes access for Student Workers, part-time employees, and campus visitors or vendors with card access).
