The University has established a Fundraising Policy for all departments. This policy applies to all fundraising efforts. With a growing campus, WJU wants to be sure that there is a campus-wide notification of fundraising for a variety of reasons, including: phone calls received, press releases, accounting and donor interest.
Once you have a general idea of your method for fundraising, complete the Fundraising Form and look for an email response from Advancement for approval. The turnaround approval time is 5 business days.
Once approval has been granted to receive donations, use the Donation Deposit Form for submittal of all proceeds to the Business Office.

If you’d like to use the remit card above please submit a ticket to the Marketing Department including the following details (listed in red on the sample remit card):
1. Four gift amounts. We suggest you leave an “Other” option.
2. Provide the purpose of your solicitation.
3. Who should checks be may payable to?
Once submitted, the Marketing Department will provide you with a print ready version of the card that includes your specific fundraising details!
